Aumentan la tensión entre Estados Unidos e Irán luego de que el presidente iraní Hassan Rouhani anunciara el retiro parcial de su país del tratado nuclear internacional. Rouhani dio un plazo de 60 días a los países europeos firmantes del pacto para que garanticen que Irán pueda seguir vendiendo petróleo realizar transacciones bancarias a pesar de las sanciones de la Casa Blanca a Teherán. El analista de seguridad internacional Richard Downey nos ayuda a analizar este tema y profundiza en los efectos que las sanciones económicas han tenido sobre la desnuclearización en Irán.
